The email SMTP protocol is supported via port 25 without authentication or via port 465 secured(SSL) and authenticated connections.
Note: Gmail refuses third party apps... only the GAFAM are reliable... where do we go ...
The server and user parameters should be provided via the menu.
Each member can have an email address in the 'Tel Email' field.
If a member is selected a single email will be send, otherwise, all filtered members will get a copy.
The message text should be written in ASCI(iso-5988-15) mode in a file. Please, use GPE or Notepad for this purpose.
You can attach a PDF file to emais.
Members having an email address can be excluded from post mailing and labels printing via the menu 'Options' in order to save paper, let's be green!
